What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was first interviewed it was in person and very welcoming
The person who interviewed me had actually worked in my current position and was very kind and informative.
This was so long ago I have no idea
I was a new hire right out of school and was just glad to be hired at the place I did my internship at 12 yrs ago.

Needs to be more friendly
Unethical promotion practices and major favoritism
Stop being fake nice. If you know you're not going to hire me right then, just tell me. Geeze.
