we do enjoy time together in and outside of work.

The camaraderie we have together.
There has been a movement for change in leadership, but the pace and overall uptake seem to be lacking. The method is also multiple ideas taken from other successful businesses with a fancy new branding. Not sure how our management got to where they are without what is being taught currently.
Theres a beautiful level of comradery in how much staff hate the direction this orginization is going.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Patient focused, merit based incentives, better staffing
People are struggling wveryday sometines 5-6 nurses down
Start respecting your employees and give them raises that are reflective of their work, not the standard .42 cents that you give to all.
Fairer wage increases. More staff. More appreciation from the organization. Bring back staff meals for holidays. Bring back appreciation-"hero's work here" signs dont cut it
I really don't how, its so far gone. Its bad when your personal doctor/provider is complaining about the company during your office visit that I paid a copay for.
