Addressing the needs of the employees. Creating a better work/life balance. Creating a compensation/advancement plan that actually rewards employees rather than keeping the status quo. Overall visibility by all levels of management. Supplying employees with what they need to do their jobs well.

They don't take any action whatsoever. We are beaten down by surgeons on a daily (hourly) basis. They don't advocate at all but they do "look into" things. I once asked what that meant, if they could give me one concrete idea that was being explored. Nothing. Blank stares all around the table.

Fighting for their employees’ rights and welfare when the executives of my company take advantage of the grunts that are at the heart of this company.

Stop being greedy, all executive pay should be capped at 300k. Through the pendemic, they gave staff the option to buy a t shirt as a "thank you" for our work. Thats hows much they "care" about staff. Force us to furlough a whole paycheck and give us the option to buy a damn shirt worth $5 for $40.

Understand what is happening at the front lines. Honor and support employees. Stop the hiring freeze. Prioritize ruthlessly- too many initiatives pushed on us at once, and we are just trying to take good care of patients.
