They don't take any action whatsoever. We are beaten down by surgeons on a daily (hourly) basis. They don't advocate at all but they do "look into" things. I once asked what that meant, if they could give me one concrete idea that was being explored. Nothing. Blank stares all around the table.

Stop being greedy, all executive pay should be capped at 300k. Through the pendemic, they gave staff the option to buy a t shirt as a "thank you" for our work. Thats hows much they "care" about staff. Force us to furlough a whole paycheck and give us the option to buy a damn shirt worth $5 for $40.
