I love that my team specifically is a close knit team and we interact almost on a daily basis. Our manager hired the right individuals that embody hard work, discipline, and also foster a great sense of teamwork

I loved that it was fast (4 interviews in about a week and a half) as they don't mess around when they want to hire someone. I liked the product demonstration interview as the final checkpoint to thoroughly vet a candidates experience

The entire executive team was very approachable and willing to listen to everything I had to say about my experience. I felt that I got to build great personal connections with all of them while we were in Norway especially which was a wonderful experience

I love the remote first mentality and that your geographic location doesn't impact what you should be paid. You are being paid for the work you are doing regardless of where you live which I love and at the same time they are always wanting to schedule in-person team events.
