They leave the store manager and employees alone to do our jobs. But they don't seem to want to invest in hiring or retaining good employees. Hiring budget is minimal, no product training provided, payroll constantly being cut. It's not sustainable.

The staff work well together and truly care about each other. There is a strong team spirit which allows to to watch out for the store and each other. We used to have effective employee meetings in which we learned about products and best practice procedures. Those have not happened in a few years

I feel they need to take time to see If this person truly wants to work. Hire energetic, sociable people, and well driven. We are enter acting with customers who spend lots of money with us. They deserve to be appreciated, and receive a hello how are you. Boats are work . Make them smile.
