Allowing knowledgeable, long-term employees to have decision-making authority.
Allowing experienced employees to control projects and have decision-making autonomy (currently too many stakeholders in general for even small-scale projects, and too many new/uninformed supervisors in charge of more seasoned team members).

Wide range of skill levels and specialties. Good communication between all members of the team.

I have no idea what other people think of our CEO. I have never met him, but he seems intelligent and knowledgeable about the industry.

That depends on department and responsibilities, but I get the impression that most people are not overworked and have sufficient time for pursuing their lives outside of the company.
