Reliability, the products they sell are always good

Store management is not doing its job. All managers have been there since store opens but slowly have downsized by combining departments managers and are always on vacations and not hiring enough staff to keep the store composed.

Job is fun, upward mobility is non-existent

Ease of access and turn around time for product availability. I can get what I need whether it is at a store location or online.
