They are very kind. Make for a good a work environment ,witch motivates to work hard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire more people and pay those that have done everything they have asked what they deserve. Pay is 20% below national average and been there for 6 months with no pay increase. And say it’s my tardies that hurt me. Yet they are changing schedule less than 24 hrs of shi
Anger management, maturity, and hypocrisy.
The company needs to come up with a proper manager training program
Enforcing policies. Developing associates. Having earnest conversations with associates on job standards, store policies and how to move ahead. Management cannot be afraid of approaching associates because they believe they will lose them. Take charge and remember that leaders eat last.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started as a cashier only making $14 however tha was in Nov 2025 for seasons. I was asked to stay on and so I do and was trained in ISP and Customer Service —- applied but was turned down —- but I work the customer service this past 1.5 months and have trained 3 new people with one people a
Pay and raises are not merit based. Everyone gets the same annual 3% increase. Some deserve more, others deserve less. No incentive to go above and beyond
If the simple tried to be more understanding and valued their staff appropriately.
Ideas and logistics knowledge not considered by many

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don't offer enough to retain talented employees.
Their bullying they decided by listening me interact with others that thry dont like me &began insulting me openly where i can hear when they saw i was just ignoring them &just kept working they began loudly harassing me nonstop &now everybody is insulting me all day while supervisors allow it
Must be consequenses &help leadership stepping in ¬ allowed to continue & get worse spread to include most joining w/o even one checking on him they just laugh &ignore even heard them join a good guy unprovoked targeted harassed &openly disrespected bullied relentlessly the entire shift by all

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value productive employees. Treat people with respect.
Management. We need more involvement from them. The employees know their jobs better than they do
There needs to be rules in place and everyone knowing that they will be enforced and face consequences for bullying and workplace harrassment. Training for leadership the seriousness of someone veing singled out and tormented by everyone else & in talking to victims and conflict resolution.
Push the credit card less and focus more on outdoor activities.

The people doing the actual hiring, interviewing, and supervising have very little control over employee raises and pay. That disconnect makes it hard to attract and retain employees.

We need more employees so we can take better care of our customers.
Too many complaints from customers being approached to sign up for a credit card. We live in a society where too many people are over their heads in credit debt.

stock in store is very pityful and low, no selection. fishing section needs variety only beginners store the real fishermen always laugh at things we don't have and should have for being a "Fishing BASS store" cause we are not. the company has lost itself in getting bigger and not better.

Expanding without having the people and infrastructure. We can't hire enough people but your making more bass pro and more resorts.
