They are very kind. Make for a good a work environment ,witch motivates to work hard.
Basically good people, but not strong leaders
Upbeat, positive and willing to help
My manager allows me to do my job does not micromanage
Not a huge fan at this moment.
Anger management, maturity, and hypocrisy.
The company needs to come up with a proper manager training program
Enforcing policies. Developing associates. Having earnest conversations with associates on job standards, store policies and how to move ahead. Management cannot be afraid of approaching associates because they believe they will lose them. Take charge and remember that leaders eat last.
Communication, attiude, nepotism amd much more
Communication- and the main focus should not be trying to sell credit cards.
Review from Sales Dept
Discounts and expert voice. part time worker
They also put into 401k
Store discount; pay for part time.....
Great employee discount program, great health care benefits
Paid fairly with good benefits
If the simple tried to be more understanding and valued their staff appropriately.
Ideas and logistics knowledge not considered by many
Only your errors are ever pointed out, no praise for things done right.
Less focus on credit cards & more focus on the work environment.

Most employees in fishing and hunting have far more skills than do managers.
The willingness to help each other get through another day.
Knowledge, SOME help each other, teamwork
Helpful and fun to work with
We cover for each other when work load is overwhelming. More experience works mentor new guys
Loyalty willingness to work and really trying to make this an outstanding customer experience
We don't offer enough to retain talented employees.
Their bullying they decided by listening me interact with others that thry dont like me &began insulting me openly where i can hear when they saw i was just ignoring them &just kept working they began loudly harassing me nonstop &now everybody is insulting me all day while supervisors allow it
Must be consequenses &help leadership stepping in ¬ allowed to continue & get worse spread to include most joining w/o even one checking on him they just laugh &ignore even heard them join a good guy unprovoked targeted harassed &openly disrespected bullied relentlessly the entire shift by all
to listen and just dont be dumb
Poor mgmt, poor skills, poor basis for meetings
Teamwork at the outfitter level.
Interacting with employees and customers
customers and some outfitters are wonderful
Positive: fellow employees desire to accomplish work endeavors; however, some are lazy, some are just "not there". Vetting employees and leadership for employment is almost bottomed out
Great offices area, on site gym, health center, pharmacy, cafeteria
Value productive employees. Treat people with respect.
Management. We need more involvement from them. The employees know their jobs better than they do
There needs to be rules in place and everyone knowing that they will be enforced and face consequences for bullying and workplace harrassment. Training for leadership the seriousness of someone veing singled out and tormented by everyone else & in talking to victims and conflict resolution.
Bullying &harassment targeting people because they arent liked needs to be stopped by leadership immediatly &taken seriously for what it is an unprovoked attack of a victim &extremly abusive &hostile environment NOBODY should have to face every day when they just want to work in peace ¬ ignored
Push the credit card less and focus more on outdoor activities.

Flexibility on work schedule and number of hours
faster now than it was
It was not your typical interview and lasted two hours by Zoom.
Getting to know my direct manager
Review from Sales Dept
Even though i had no prior retail experience they gave me a chance. I have now been here over 13 years
The people doing the actual hiring, interviewing, and supervising have very little control over employee raises and pay. That disconnect makes it hard to attract and retain employees.
Review from Sales Dept
not have the look of death while interviewing people like Mark Quesidilla has
Review from Sales Dept
try getting an education for a change
Review from Sales Dept
they re ask the same questions hoping your going to answer something incorrect. Been here for so many years I already know that these managers already have someone picked out for the position your applying for.
we need more past history work experience from job applicants
Working with customers to meet their needs
Coworkers and customers, products, management
My customers and helping them
Again interacting with the employees and the customers
Some fellow employees; self designed job mission for the day and accomplish without leadership or co-worker help unless needed.
We need more employees so we can take better care of our customers.
Too many complaints from customers being approached to sign up for a credit card. We live in a society where too many people are over their heads in credit debt.
Review from Sales Dept
stock in store is very pityful and low, no selection. fishing section needs variety only beginners store the real fishermen always laugh at things we don't have and should have for being a "Fishing BASS store" cause we are not. the company has lost itself in getting bigger and not better.
Review from Sales Dept
Greed by corporate management. Fire them
Expanding without having the people and infrastructure. We can't hire enough people but your making more bass pro and more resorts.
They give use food sometimes
Everyone is laid back and easy going.
Being around the fishing industry
The benefits and the salary.
The management
