Anger management, maturity, and hypocrisy.

The company needs to come up with a proper manager training program

Enforcing policies. Developing associates. Having earnest conversations with associates on job standards, store policies and how to move ahead. Management cannot be afraid of approaching associates because they believe they will lose them. Take charge and remember that leaders eat last.

Communication, attiude, nepotism amd much more

Communication- and the main focus should not be trying to sell credit cards.

We don't offer enough to retain talented employees.

Their bullying they decided by listening me interact with others that thry dont like me &began insulting me openly where i can hear when they saw i was just ignoring them &just kept working they began loudly harassing me nonstop &now everybody is insulting me all day while supervisors allow it

Must be consequenses &help leadership stepping in &not allowed to continue & get worse spread to include most joining w/o even one checking on him they just laugh &ignore even heard them join a good guy unprovoked targeted harassed &openly disrespected bullied relentlessly the entire shift by all

to listen and just dont be dumb

Positive: fellow employees desire to accomplish work endeavors; however, some are lazy, some are just "not there". Vetting employees and leadership for employment is almost bottomed out

Management. We need more involvement from them. The employees know their jobs better than they do

There needs to be rules in place and everyone knowing that they will be enforced and face consequences for bullying and workplace harrassment. Training for leadership the seriousness of someone veing singled out and tormented by everyone else & in talking to victims and conflict resolution.

Bullying &harassment targeting people because they arent liked needs to be stopped by leadership immediatly &taken seriously for what it is an unprovoked attack of a victim &extremly abusive &hostile environment NOBODY should have to face every day when they just want to work in peace &not ignored

Push the credit card less and focus more on outdoor activities.

they re ask the same questions hoping your going to answer something incorrect. Been here for so many years I already know that these managers already have someone picked out for the position your applying for.

We need more employees so we can take better care of our customers.

Too many complaints from customers being approached to sign up for a credit card. We live in a society where too many people are over their heads in credit debt.

stock in store is very pityful and low, no selection. fishing section needs variety only beginners store the real fishermen always laugh at things we don't have and should have for being a "Fishing BASS store" cause we are not. the company has lost itself in getting bigger and not better.
