Enforcing policies. Developing associates. Having earnest conversations with associates on job standards, store policies and how to move ahead. Management cannot be afraid of approaching associates because they believe they will lose them. Take charge and remember that leaders eat last.

Pay and raises are not merit based. Everyone gets the same annual 3% increase. Some deserve more, others deserve less. No incentive to go above and beyond

Their bullying they decided by listening me interact with others that thry dont like me &began insulting me openly where i can hear when they saw i was just ignoring them &just kept working they began loudly harassing me nonstop &now everybody is insulting me all day while supervisors allow it
Must be consequenses &help leadership stepping in ¬ allowed to continue & get worse spread to include most joining w/o even one checking on him they just laugh &ignore even heard them join a good guy unprovoked targeted harassed &openly disrespected bullied relentlessly the entire shift by all

There needs to be rules in place and everyone knowing that they will be enforced and face consequences for bullying and workplace harrassment. Training for leadership the seriousness of someone veing singled out and tormented by everyone else & in talking to victims and conflict resolution.
