stock in store is very pityful and low, no selection. fishing section needs variety only beginners store the real fishermen always laugh at things we don't have and should have for being a "Fishing BASS store" cause we are not. the company has lost itself in getting bigger and not better.

Greed by corporate management. Fire them
Expanding without having the people and infrastructure. We can't hire enough people but your making more bass pro and more resorts.
You cut hours with no need to. You have no excuse except greed
Managers need to listen more to suggestions and stop forcing things on others. They need to think for themselves and stop letting corporate make there decisions
Everything needs to be improved on a drastic scale, especially management. They need to know they are not all high and mighty
Stop raising prices and cheapening product

Need to start paying workers who been with the company five years or more better and we need management who doesn't have a groups of favorites.
We need to be more proactive and less recactive
There is too much "high school" drama at the store (including management). Top managers in the store are either narcissistic or incompetent. If someone is hired in a top management position and they are incompetent the company keeps them for at least 2 or 3 years before they fire them.
Not being worried about getting criticized on a daily basis for what you did wrong yesterday without any acknowledgment of what you did right.
