customers and some outfitters are wonderful

Positive: fellow employees desire to accomplish work endeavors; however, some are lazy, some are just "not there". Vetting employees and leadership for employment is almost bottomed out

Great offices area, on site gym, health center, pharmacy, cafeteria

Morning meetings were great. Management kept staff up-to-date about sales numbers and goals, upcoming events, and ongoing issues. I'd like to see that replicated elsewhere.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Value productive employees. Treat people with respect.

Management. We need more involvement from them. The employees know their jobs better than they do

There needs to be rules in place and everyone knowing that they will be enforced and face consequences for bullying and workplace harrassment. Training for leadership the seriousness of someone veing singled out and tormented by everyone else & in talking to victims and conflict resolution.

Bullying &harassment targeting people because they arent liked needs to be stopped by leadership immediatly &taken seriously for what it is an unprovoked attack of a victim &extremly abusive &hostile environment NOBODY should have to face every day when they just want to work in peace &not ignored

Push the credit card less and focus more on outdoor activities.

The higher ups that have been here for too long running things based off a negative work environment need to be replaced by people who understand the importance of good moral and a positive work environment.
