We don't offer enough to retain talented employees.
Their bullying they decided by listening me interact with others that thry dont like me &began insulting me openly where i can hear when they saw i was just ignoring them &just kept working they began loudly harassing me nonstop &now everybody is insulting me all day while supervisors allow it
Must be consequenses &help leadership stepping in ¬ allowed to continue & get worse spread to include most joining w/o even one checking on him they just laugh &ignore even heard them join a good guy unprovoked targeted harassed &openly disrespected bullied relentlessly the entire shift by all

We have no meetings - the meetings would be a good start
Need to have the skills necessary for their position (not organized, unable to delegate, unable to prioritize, unable to follow up with customers or co-workers in a timely manner, micro-manage too much)
