They are very kind. Make for a good a work environment ,witch motivates to work hard.
Basically good people, but not strong leaders
Upbeat, positive and willing to help
My manager allows me to do my job does not micromanage
Not a huge fan at this moment.
Leadership teams have great communication with their team. There are one on one meetings held with each employee at least once a month..
We get the job done right the first time
Our team is engaged , open ti new ideas abd accesible
Very positive and respectful of employees and customers. Always upbeat attitude
The leadership team tries to work together. It’s great having a unified management team when encountering issue
I have not had any positive encounters with my leadership tem. They are allowing me to be singled out and relentlessly attacked and openly disrespected without intervening in any way or even seeing if im alright its completly unprovoked and a brutally hostile environment nobody should have to endure
The positivity that is exhibited
They never let you fail
I like the flexibility they provide for my schedule
There nice and easy to work with
They are considerate, and professonal and helpful
The listen and reward good work
They are extremely helpful and will always be open to try and help if needed.
They are always supportive of us
Hire more people and pay those that have done everything they have asked what they deserve. Pay is 20% below national average and been there for 6 months with no pay increase. And say it’s my tardies that hurt me. Yet they are changing schedule less than 24 hrs of shi
Anger management, maturity, and hypocrisy.
The company needs to come up with a proper manager training program
Enforcing policies. Developing associates. Having earnest conversations with associates on job standards, store policies and how to move ahead. Management cannot be afraid of approaching associates because they believe they will lose them. Take charge and remember that leaders eat last.
Communication, attiude, nepotism amd much more
Communication- and the main focus should not be trying to sell credit cards.

Only do what they know they have to & dont if not. Example-a nice good worker is harassed no reason they dont like him &has spread to most joining managers security HR know & dont help or step in just laugh & ignore loudly bullying disrespecting him threats humiliation all day nonstop while he works
Showing a presence helping when we need help. Communication. And flat out being nicer.
Be realistic and quit expecting us to perform miracles.
Leadership needs to start giving fair wages to employees. In many of the employees opinions they are not currently viewed as the assets they truely are. This company has shifted to solely pushing their credit card and making the most profit possible. Unfortunately the buyers are the real victims.

Get rid of the executive team especially John morris
Being open minded and listen to both sides of a story before passing judgement
Get a clue. Talk to the front line associates. Without a train of managers following you around
They need to accept the work their employees can offer for what it is, rather than always wanting more.
Communicating respectfully to their employees.. Following through on promotional opportunities or give legal and valid reasons for not doing so
Communicating and rewarding propper work ethic. This company's retention rate is in the meridian trench. Understand that the customer is first and if their aren't enough employee bodies to cover all customer inquiries on the phone and in store wouldn't you think you'd need to hire more people?

to listen to instruction the first time
F'ed up proceedured and onboarding. Poor employee placement based on their skills. Warehouse is a joke. Buy online, ship to store is ridiculous. Too much work packing boxes in too little space.
replace the entire leadership team

Running their business and treating employees like people. Hiring decent HR. Giving employees information about their standing with the company. A whole host of things.
