the store management team only cares about meeting the club card goal and not the outfitters in the store because it increases their bonus. Stores have trouble finding and keeping good help because of the low wages and management not caring.
While my immediate supervisor will work with me on my scheduling, work conditions are not good, and raises do not keep pace with inflation. Also, new employees make more than long term
