How employees describe working at MarineMax
The whole entire package was amazing
For them to teach me themselves and not have other people trained their employees
Management, at least at the lower levels, is inconsistent, even in following corporate policies. There are no raises given, been here over 8 years. Performance Reviews are supposed to be twice a year, they are non-exisitent due to no accountibility of local management by corporate.
