What do you like best about the leadership team?
Shows Respect for all employees
The involvement of being able to help when needed
I have the best manager! He notices everything and i feel very taken care of
Incredibly transparent, open to feedback and willing to discuss all items.
They are very approachable and open to suggestions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to train their employees directly and not have other team members trained their employees
For them to teach me themselves and not have other people trained their employees
Learning to talk to their workers appropriately
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole entire package was amazing
Amount of Vacation Time and the 401k.
The compensation package is fair and comparable in the industry
The options for the insurances, as well as the retirement plan
The insurance offered and my PTO time is great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not paid enough for experience i have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always has creative ideas
I have a hard working team with positive attitudes, who will do whatever asked
The ability to have help when I am not able to understand how to complete something
I love the meetings every morning . They really help getting everybody on the same page to do better
Communication is is good, but could use some work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive cultures having conversation with your team members, helping them training them correctly
The managers are respectful, helpful and understanding
Seeing the customers happy with their services
It is the unity of hard work towards a common goal

What makes you most happy at work?
Being around the marine world
Dealing personally with our customers
Seeing my friends and coworkers on a daily
Experiencing the boating industry, as well as learning new things about it. Also, getting to see customers enjoying their boats and us being able to help make that happen
Completing a work order or a job and being confident
