They leave the store manager and employees alone to do our jobs. But they don't seem to want to invest in hiring or retaining good employees. Hiring budget is minimal, no product training provided, payroll constantly being cut. It's not sustainable.

My SM was amazing. DM Lizzy Mae Kerr does not know how to treat or develop people. Frustrating to lose people to poor leadership. I know because this was PT job for me. Had my own company until I retired.
