Global leadership is amazing - strategic, engaging, collaborative. Regional leadership is more hit or miss; some are great, others are fine, but not particularly remarkable. Lots of changes recently have put more good people into leadership positions.

People hate the word "sales", so it can be a struggle to get everyone to focus. We're usually working around 12 hour days depending on current projects
