We are all co-operative and the leader is first among equals meaning that they are on the same level as us. This made our leader learn a lot from us while we have learnt a lot from her.

Severely underpaid for loyalty while peers having made multiple jumps elsewhere have moved ahead. Management does not seem to be interested in taking care of staff unless in the "inner circle" of the favorites. More concerned about pretending to be ESG forward in public eye than reality in workplace

Show me the market data you're using to justify paying me >25% below my peers in the same role. Explain in clear market terms why a company of 50000 colleagues can only offer its employees garbage high deductible medical plans.

My research and interviews at other companies indicates that I am underpaid.

They are curious and hard working.

We like to welcome new people to our floor and workspace. If it's one thing WTW has taught me it is to always be welcoming and fond of everyone who joins.

Workplace needs to foster culture of respect and trust to succeed - in short supply in recent years.

They all need to get better at communication and at being open to change.

The customer representative are scrap goats to outdated systems faulty equipment and rude customers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexibility when it comes to your day as long as you meet expectations and deadlines.

The inclusion and diversity in the company is really bright as you can see many people from different backgrounds and learn from what you see in the workplace. It's also a place where every culture is embraced for example the peoples cultural clothes day or the day where the canteen suits the mood.

Bring back return of flat structure so all voices are heard. Adding more and more layers of middle management make employees feel ignored and left in a silo

A leadership overhaul. They sell culture advise to customers. Ot So, either their advise isn't very good or leadership fail to take it - but no intelligent way of promoting a good culture

Practice culture diversity and inclusion, but in fact discrimination is very bad

Stop letting bullies bully, and actually act against bad behaviour and not ignore it

They need to pay better and be more transparent.
