We are all co-operative and the leader is first among equals meaning that they are on the same level as us. This made our leader learn a lot from us while we have learnt a lot from her.
The openness and honesty in every answer + the knowledge of the sector and company politics.
They are innovative and fun
Effective communication downstream. They listen to employees.
Collaboration, together we could literally solve anything.
Support your employees. Managers are not really supportive. Micro manage a great team to death. Can not say anything positive.
Listening to staff concerns and addressing problems bottom up in the organization
Communication is key. Communication is key.
Check the work volume with the team member
Compensation, transparency, and communication need to improve.
Everything about this job is amazing. I am so glad I work here, and take pride in being about of the Tranzact family.
It helped me pay my bills
My base pay is the best part of my compensation.
Review from Business Development Dept
Retirement and savings plan lust pto
Everything about it, I like them all
Severely underpaid for loyalty while peers having made multiple jumps elsewhere have moved ahead. Management does not seem to be interested in taking care of staff unless in the "inner circle" of the favorites. More concerned about pretending to be ESG forward in public eye than reality in workplace
Show me the market data you're using to justify paying me >25% below my peers in the same role. Explain in clear market terms why a company of 50000 colleagues can only offer its employees garbage high deductible medical plans.
My research and interviews at other companies indicates that I am underpaid.
Limited optiond like stock purchase
Better perks and benefits required
They are curious and hard working.
We like to welcome new people to our floor and workspace. If it's one thing WTW has taught me it is to always be welcoming and fond of everyone who joins.
We are a collaborative group
Fun to work with and very helpful
Their trainings are very indepth, and educational. They make sure you have the knowledge you need.
Workplace needs to foster culture of respect and trust to succeed - in short supply in recent years.
They all need to get better at communication and at being open to change.
Communicate better, be more open to change.
The customer representative are scrap goats to outdated systems faulty equipment and rude customers
Willis Towers Watson needs to hire more people, form more specialized departments/jobs and establish better internal processes.
Flexibility when it comes to your day as long as you meet expectations and deadlines.
The inclusion and diversity in the company is really bright as you can see many people from different backgrounds and learn from what you see in the workplace. It's also a place where every culture is embraced for example the peoples cultural clothes day or the day where the canteen suits the mood.
Global collaboration across businesses and geographies
Fun events after work and free lunch
The people are generally very nice
Bring back return of flat structure so all voices are heard. Adding more and more layers of middle management make employees feel ignored and left in a silo
A leadership overhaul. They sell culture advise to customers. Ot So, either their advise isn't very good or leadership fail to take it - but no intelligent way of promoting a good culture
Practice culture diversity and inclusion, but in fact discrimination is very bad
Stop letting bullies bully, and actually act against bad behaviour and not ignore it
They need to pay better and be more transparent.
It was straight-forward and I knew what to expect.
interview was seamless and enjoyed the experience
Enthusiastic and optimistic conversations and outlook for the company
Honest representation of the company, role and expectations
I liked the panel interview style
To be selected, one must prepare to wait for more than three months
the interviwer treats you like you are important then gives you nothing to do for the job
The new colleagues, the payment, the people who have been around for a long time. There's a lot of jokes while we aren't working which helps us to make ourselves feel at home.
To be able to work with different people in the world while making a difference.
My colleagues and working from home
Work life balance. Not overwhelmed
My direct team members are supportive
Support for colleagues, and recognize those who have outperformed. A win is often shared by the efforts of a group of the team, not just the middle manager in charge.
no way out now, projects are not done on time
Too many Petty arguments between supervisors and coworkers. And cannot emphasize the lack of leadership in the company.
Our Innovation and Creation of products
Smart, smart, smart people
They need to improve pay and transparency.
Appreciation for its workers, even if they are the low man on the totem pole
Improved leadership and communication. Focus on training for employees
Compensation, benefits, work-life balance
