Bring back return of flat structure so all voices are heard. Adding more and more layers of middle management make employees feel ignored and left in a silo

A leadership overhaul. They sell culture advise to customers. Ot So, either their advise isn't very good or leadership fail to take it - but no intelligent way of promoting a good culture

The firm is becoming an investment solutions/asset management firm but still holds a consultancy’s culture so investment results are not rewarded and ambition isn’t rewarded.

Employees need to have job security and no have to worry about staff turnover.
