Review from IT Dept

They don't hold mistakes against you; they do what they can to focus on the solution and the output rather than who gets credit for what

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Workplace needs to foster culture of respect and trust to succeed - in short supply in recent years.

They all need to get better at communication and at being open to change.

Communicate better, be more open to change.

The customer representative are scrap goats to outdated systems faulty equipment and rude customers

Willis Towers Watson needs to hire more people, form more specialized departments/jobs and establish better internal processes.

Lots of young people in the team, good exam support for juniors. Junior people have lots of social events together

This goes back to bring leaders. There is so much drama that goes on, that it feels like your in high school, not a a prestige company.

Using older equipment and technology is a struggle, especially when coupled with IT restrictions in the name of data security (theater).
