Willis Towers Watson Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything about this job is amazing. I am so glad I work here, and take pride in being about of the Tranzact family.

It helped me pay my bills

My base pay is the best part of my compensation.

The number of benefit options and the premiums are incredible!

Review from IT Dept

Review from Finance Dept

It's holistic and above the market; well, considering my role.

Review from IT Dept

Annual bonuses and multiple heath, vision, and dental plans to choose from that best fit your families needs.

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Severely underpaid for loyalty while peers having made multiple jumps elsewhere have moved ahead. Management does not seem to be interested in taking care of staff unless in the "inner circle" of the favorites. More concerned about pretending to be ESG forward in public eye than reality in workplace

Show me the market data you're using to justify paying me >25% below my peers in the same role. Explain in clear market terms why a company of 50000 colleagues can only offer its employees garbage high deductible medical plans.

My research and interviews at other companies indicates that I am underpaid.

Limited optiond like stock purchase

Better perks and benefits required

The pay is French fries compared to the amount of work exceptions. The rude nasty negative customers and management.

no one asked for my opinion. they compleetly ignored me

It would be great if the compensation was actually paid out. There have been numerous times when payroll had "problems". Once or twice could be understandable, but for the problem to persist way beyond that was a disgrace. There is pay that is STILL owed to me that has yet to be paid out.

Review from Sales Dept

The firm's wages are lower than our competitors, even the bonuses and annual merit increases are pitiful despite receiving glowing reviews.

I can be paid more

They have no equity programs, I would like to see some long term equity compensation

Review from Business Development Dept

Currently paid well below market after 4 years with the company.

I am being paid nearly $30k below the market rate for my position.

It's just about putting bodies in cubicles and any time you go above and beyond, at the most you'll get a pat on the head.

Generally paid 20% below market if you’ve been with the firm for over 5 years. The management team doesn’t reward investment results instead assigns bonus based very strictly on level and tenure with the firm.

Company is notorious for non-competitive wages; was told this by my manager when I joined.
