Willis Towers Watson Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We are all co-operative and the leader is first among equals meaning that they are on the same level as us. This made our leader learn a lot from us while we have learnt a lot from her.

The openness and honesty in every answer + the knowledge of the sector and company politics.

They are innovative and fun

Effective communication downstream. They listen to employees.

Collaboration, together we could literally solve anything.

They care, and are willing do help in anyway. They don't judge and you don't feel out of place. Love my co-workers at Tranzact.

Leadership empowers me to make my own decisions.

Open door policy and always there to help

The management team is friendly

They listen to their people

They are good and honest.

Gives you opportunity to listen and explore your options

An exceptional leadership team who are in touch with colleagues and genuinely believe in a positive experience and strong colleague engagement

My immediate leaders are thoughtful, supportive and caring. The executives make it very clear it's all about money, cutting expenses, running short staffed and rewards aren't worth working for.

They have laid a clear road map and vision in both short and long term, and our goals as well. Im excited

very intelligent and appear to be interested in the employees perspective.

close, understamding, make you learn, grow, give you opportunities

new leadership team seems to be committed and energized

Review from Business Development Dept

They are willing to listen, offer help, and actually help when needed. It's refreshing!

honest and friendly people, always help you

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Support your employees. Managers are not really supportive. Micro manage a great team to death. Can not say anything positive.

Listening to staff concerns and addressing problems bottom up in the organization

Communication is key. Communication is key.

Check the work volume with the team member

Compensation, transparency, and communication need to improve.

Communicating and including the team. I don't feel that my opinion is valued.

Speaking to employees with respect, Do they job when a customer ask to speak to management the last thing they want it to speak with a customer with an issue. Customers wonder why they have to wait to talk to a supervisor because they prefer for you to de-escalate what they get paid to do.

utilizing the expertise of the team members

Training!!! They didn't even provide what could be considered basic training. The leadership at WTW and TZ needs to be re-evaluated because they were not doing their jobs and were only worried about their own salaries.

Review from Sales Dept

My team needs a management overhaul and a reevaluation of employee level and compensation across the board.

They need to verify the information being sent to customers and received from clients

Leadership in the investment team needs to communicate more effectively and listen to feedback. Especially as they’ve been making changes that only suits the management/senior team, which doesn’t provide growth opportunities for juniors and doesn’t ensure best service for clients.

employee morale and not chase dollars

The leadership team should make the workload proportional to your pay grade.

Review from Finance Dept

Portraying a true caring attitude to employees.

The word leaders seems to have no meaning. It is my belief that to be a leader you must lead from the front. Not hide from the employees.

Frankly, thinning the herd.
