The leadership team does a great job of making the 811 warehouse feel appreciated, and since I was hired has been doing a great job at letting us know what is going on and appreciating our efforts.

The interviewers are very relaxed, and don't try to make the situation tense at all; questions aren't too difficult, and the focus is on positive relationships and finding quality people regardless of experience, rather than just finding fast workers with a good amount of experience.
