Very family friendly. Great work-life balance

Down to earth culture. Has heart and positivity.

We all don't get yelled at, supervisors and managers are understanding and calmly tell us how to work better and fix things that aren't working; they also take any victory as a victory, and celebrate them all.

I love the community culture.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The Beavers need to remove themselves from the company and actually hire a competent leadership team.
