I am having problems with the categories. My new products won't go into their categories. And the other day I was trying to arrange my categories, and it was difficult to get them to move. But I still love Zazzle. I am willing to stay with it, until things work out. I also shop on Zazzle.

I don't feel I am undervalued. I love my position as a designer. I love painting, designing and coming up with original quotes, and Bible verses for the products. Some of my quotes are to bring a smile, a chuckle, or a laugh for my guests & as they leave the store to feel their best about life.

If the company actually cared about employees, they would remove the Beavers from the company and actually put in an experience leadership team vs. all their college frat buddies.

The interviewers are very relaxed, and don't try to make the situation tense at all; questions aren't too difficult, and the focus is on positive relationships and finding quality people regardless of experience, rather than just finding fast workers with a good amount of experience.

There is no process, interviews are if the other coworkers deem you as 'cool' or not.
