I work on a small team, and my coworkers are always eager to help when asked

Driven. Cares about growing the business and taking personal responsibility.

We are all able to pull together well; not all work at the same pace, but all are working very good and we get results done and have had the best production year ever for the company.

They're great, kind people to work with.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

No one really cares about how the company does as long as they can collect their paycheck. This is the most toxic environment because everyone is looking to jump ship.
