Interviewed Remotely, Interview process from start to the employment offer was less than a week.
The CEO is the most positive, supportive, optimistic, approachable and kindest people I've ever encountered in this business. He loves what he does and his enthusiasm is contagious.
Executive team is egregiously disconnected from subordinates. No clear process standards for ANYTHING. Equal opportunity for advancement does not exist. Constant restructuring of Employee Organizational Chart. Positions created and people appointed without posting and/or allowing others to apply.
Complete overhaul. Improve technology. Structure. Support. Standardizing practices. Implement training standards and practices to include a syllabus and workbook. Equal opportunity for advancement. An environment that fosters knowledgeable, efficient, strong, successful & happy agents.
ABSOLUTELY. Commensurate compensation. Structure. An executive leadership team that is grounded and humble. An environment that cultivates and strengthens. Streamlined processes. Transparency. Clear and concise training course with syllabus & workbook. Consistency. Updated technology.
The CEO and his integrity. His is the sole reason I stay. I hold out hope that he realizes that the operations department is not sustainable as is & implements a major overhaul and provides the positive change it so desperately needs
Operations dept needs MAJOR change. Need standardized practices & procedures implemented. Need standardized training for ALL agents with syllabus and workbook. Agents lack every tool needed to succeed. Technology & reference materials outdated and in scattered locations. Total set up for failure.
Willingness to learn. Tenacity. Resilience. I enjoy my team members. My team has potential to be a GREAT team. Unfortunately, there is a lot of untapped potential and opportunities missed due to lack of structure, support, training, tools, and communication.
