It is long and strenuous but i prefer it this way. There is a team who gets along so well because of the carefully selected candidates

It is rare to find colleagues who work with you and help you on a day to day basis. The team as a whole works towards a company goal so there is no unhealthy division.

I wish compensation was a little more negotiable, however i appreciate the job security provided throughout the pandemic. They take care of the team as a whole. Financial structure could be improved during healthy months.
