It is rare to find colleagues who work with you and help you on a day to day basis. The team as a whole works towards a company goal so there is no unhealthy division.

Standards are very low to get in the door and expectations are not enforced
They need to do the job they are hired to do, to the standard they are expected to achieve.
My coworkers are dismissive and biased against recent grads as being incompetent. There is no communication on the team.
Understand their roles and work collaboratively across the touchpoints.
Collaborate, work toward shared goals and objectves vs. personal agenda.
Very low moral and a lot of negative comments and gossiping
Staff not properly trained. Managers do nothing to assist training, they only care about numbers and money. Stop micromanaging the floor personnel. Build a culture of effective leadership!
More friendly, less competitive, less judgmental, laugh more. Everyone is too stressed.
