Time lag between knowing and not knowing if moving on or up in the process. My former super also conducted my initial interview for 3 hours unnecessarily. Well past dinner hour to point where my stomach was grumbling embarrassingly.

Actually look at the resumes staff provide for you. Make it to interviews on time. Know what you are talking about during an interview. Do not interview someone and start with, you are not qualified but we're interviewing you anyway. That is rude!
