Managers need to be consistent in work expectations and processes, follow through with mantra of "work life-balance", offer comp days as compensation for days when we work 15-17 hours, be more appreciative of us, superiors need to talk to team members, be friendly, don't assume the worst...trust us
Worst company I have ever worked for. Staff are treated like garbage, and managers have no clue how machines work. Make your managers run the machines, make them experience the day to day on the floor to understand what needs to be improved.
Very political and poor org structure
Absolutely no communication on a daily basis. Extremely low morale. Seeing people in admiration rolling their eyes and mimicking others like small children is demoralizing and an example of the work ethic present at my location
