The open lines of communication are fantastic, and they are very approachable. I really enjoy seeing them participate in company wide meetings & events.

The PTO & sick leave are great! Maternity leave is awesome as well. It's comforting knowing that I have so many supports in place.

Just the environment! I've never worked at a company that truly appreciates their employees. I'm thankful to be part of a group that values it's workers so much.
