It's a collaborative company that understands the value of its employees. The company makes it a priority that each employee is given the tools to succeed. They also make it a place people enjoy coming to each day, with casual attire, free drinks/snacks and plenty of comradery.

It's been unique due to Covid, but the company has responded well and leadership has done an outstanding job making sure everyone feels safe and supported. The company continues to do well and grow, which is exciting and encouraging.

The culture and environment allows everyone to be themselves. Our office is full of a bunch of stiffs, which makes it much more enjoyable coming to work each day.

I think everyone understands they are fortunate to work at such a great company, and everyone seems like they want to pay it forward. The company sees this and makes a concerted effort to be supporters of various charities and organizations.

I know the saying is cheesy, but we work hard and play hard. The leadership team understands people work very hard and they do their best to show their appreciation, along with having fun activities to keep it fun and engaging.

I'm working with people I've known 15-20 years, people who I consider really good friends. It's awesome being able to work with people who know you professionally and personally, and care about your life outside of work. Plus, being around "immature" people makes it fun too.
