I have changed careers to come work at Arista. I am blown away daily at the sheer volume of helpful talent that surrounds me. I have a strong sense of imposter syndrome but am incredibly happy to be part of this organization and make it a point to work hard every day to learn.

I like that I have flexible hours and I work remotely. I can reach out to any member of my region for assistance and I usually have help right away or occasionally it can be scheduled in the near future.
