This is the most excited that I've been to work for a company in awhile. Arista is GREAT and my 1.2 years here has been nothing but stellar. Great and interactive C-Suite, great leadership that is involved, coaches and supports.

Arista is in a transformative, quick-pace market. Success in one area does not mean success quickly in other areas. The compensation needs to match the pace of entering new markets, and the rate of adoption.
