Competing priorities, all leaders empowered to drive in different directions.
People are great but it is a revolving door so no stability.
People want to collaborate, seems everyone wants to see more success in NA so effort is over the top.
Benefits are lacking compared to competitors. Again the approach to benefits is very European as in "what does the law make you provide" which is not a NA approach. NA Companies know to set themselves apart with their benefit packages not purposely try to do the least.
