
Outside of Utah, the leadership team is working hard to incorporate DEI initiatives at least at the corporate level.
There is a worklife balance culture which I appreciate a lot since I can easily become a workaholic. My immediate supervisor is always preaching that work comes secondary to personal life.
My immediate team really cares about the mission they are serving and there isn't an ego with our work. So if someone wants to join in, everyone is always happy for more help and makes everyone feel welcomed.
