Leadership is all about themselves. It's a push to get things out the door instead of operator safety and quality products. When you do the right things and it takes longer due to the right way immediate supervision (TL) questions why and throws insubordination in your face for not doing whats said.

At BAE your just a number not a person. As far as compensation, I tried to use the tuition assistance and they paid me back maybe 2 semesters out of 10 semesters. I always made the grade and had my receipts, they just rig the system where they don’t reimburse you.

We build and fix airplane parts but get paid less than car manufacturers. The Upper management gets bonus after bonus for cutting costs and messing over the workers that are actually making the profits.

5 years ago I started at 27k a year. I know make 37k which is not bad but they are hiring people off the street near that mark. Rendering my grade 3 lead operator almost the same as a day one hire. Also hourly have received 2% raise increase for the last 3yrs when support and mgmt. Have got 5-10%

For material we make hazard pay should be given. Compared to other major corporations in the area (largely Eastman) we are drastically under paid and deal with an even amount, if not higher, risk of life and well-being for ourselves and the customer.

Meeting never start on time and way to many sometimes seems like we have meeting to schedule more meeting and it delays action and getting things accomplished.

If they paid better they could keep good workers. If you've worked there for 20 years your compensated good. But many good workers leave due to low wages.

Improvements are needed from team leader and above. They want a push and not the right way, even though they say to do it the right way. If you do they throw it on your face because you take too long and your productivity is lower than others.

Culture is horrible. No matter what you do it's never good enough. Safety is only when supervision (TL and above) what to use it against you and quality is not properly given its true respect

The management continues to take any and all perks away from the work force. As much money as BAE makes year after year the definitely could afford to compensate us better.

Scheduling, supervision, logistics, and modernization. They all need a change for the better. You never know what will change on a daily basis and the movement of products is a joke!!
