The company just doesn’t care about its workers, that puts a negative vibe on everything

The project managers and bosses didn’t care about anything except their paycheck. They weren’t there to try to make a difference
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting jobs to the workers. The biggest problem was lack of work. We’d clock in and get sent right back home because there was no work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At BAE your just a number not a person. As far as compensation, I tried to use the tuition assistance and they paid me back maybe 2 semesters out of 10 semesters. I always made the grade and had my receipts, they just rig the system where they don’t reimburse you.
