I work within a customer environment. The customer needs to realise that we are there to assist, not replace them.

Customer needs to be forced into following its own rules and stop cutting corners. BAE Senior management need to stop turning a blind eye to dangerous customer working practices and support their employees.

I work within a customer environment. BAE coworkers are professional and dedicated, customer workers are lazy and don't make an effort to do the bare minimum. We are 40% of the workforce and do 95% of the work (stats to prove it)
