Treat the employees as a valuable asset instead of a replaceable cog
I overall love working for Bayer. I have only been here for a few years and I know right now they are going through some transitions and we are closing our location but even knowing I will be losing my job, I would do it all over again. This has been the best experience
Sometimes they are more concerned about friendships then the actual work the employees do.
