All the good ones have left the company for the most part
Very supportive and will To go the extra mile to help
Not people centric, not transparent, purports to care for employees but actions imply otherwise
Sometimes they are more concerned about friendships then the actual work the employees do.
I have the most amazing leadership team. They listen to our ideas and do everything in their power to help implement them. They are supportive and work hard to make all the resources available to allow us to be successful not only professionally , but personally as well.
They try to be very nice and kind to everyone what actually results in low transparency and high level of uncertainty and unexpected "surprises". General "kindness" culture is very nice, but in long term it demotivates as you dont get transparent feedback whichever it is.
Too much emphasis on quick-win meaningless metrics while actual problems are ignored.
Walk the walk that they talk
