All the good ones have left the company for the most part
Very supportive and will To go the extra mile to help
They try to be very nice and kind to everyone what actually results in low transparency and high level of uncertainty and unexpected "surprises". General "kindness" culture is very nice, but in long term it demotivates as you dont get transparent feedback whichever it is.
Not people centric, not transparent, purports to care for employees but actions imply otherwise
Sometimes they are more concerned about friendships then the actual work the employees do.
Too much emphasis on quick-win meaningless metrics while actual problems are ignored.
Walk the walk that they talk
It is complete. Great benefits, and when the company has a good year, our bonuses are nice. But we keep going up and down year to year. We need more stability in our company performance.
Health insurance and dependent care
Pay is market rate or above average
Company matching, the ability to invest how we choose.
The Salary and the annual bonus
I feel very overvalued, but more drugs would fix it.
They keep all the profit, give employees crumbs , i dont know how they can call some benefits, benefits because employees pay almost full cost , they think they are saving money but in long run will cost them
In general, company tries to pay as less as possible. After getting promotion there is no negotiation process - compensation is defined without your participation and usually at the lowest possible level. I also had a comment from HR that "as for your yound age you have good enough complensation"
Make bonus calculations more transparent and recognize high performers publicly.
Good team , we all feel the same about how company keeps changing for the worse
Very diverse amd family like
People are very nice, with great backgrounds and amazing skills. Unfortunately with time people become demotivated and not necessary enjoy work, rather environment and relationships with collegues
Very nice, but might be very political if you end up in the wrong teams, and also not supportive because everyone has high workload / overstretched
Smart people with a strong code of ethics.
Coworkers tend to over complicate things. We all should streamline internal processes that do not bring value to the customer. They also need to be more inclusive of team members in other countries and time zones.
Be able to work across departmental lines
We all have plenty of work to do, so there's a feeling of job security.
The diversity up todate technology
General respect to each other. Very kind collaboration, lack of conflicts and pressure
Great work life balance, people are nice on the surface
It is a very laid back environment. It feels more like a family than a team.
Rules and guidelines never change or are updates, regardless how antiquated or slow they make the process
I was put at ease and felt very comfortable talking to the individuals interviewing me. It made it easy to open up
Having respect to your candidates time. If you recruit from different time zone you might expect some issues. Very politically driven internal recruitment process - not transparent and usually positions are taken before job is "formally" posted
Constant change always improving .so many ways to learn more and move up if your willing to work for it
My colleagues, we are all overworked and tired but still try our best to support each other
I honestly and truly love my job. I have grown so very much in the short time I have been here. My manager has equipped me with the tools to be a future, successful leader.
No one with any knowledge is focused on company bision , they dont give stock options so lack of ownership with employees
Low level of Leadership transparency. Many strategic decisions are communicated but never followed by action. Sometimes you have a feeling that company tries to calm down everyone, not telling the truth, while actions are very resrrictive and done "under the carpet" for people not to see everything
Management could recognize collaborative efforts between departments and not simply focus on their own.
We have open communication but is is often not truthful
