We all have plenty of work to do, so there's a feeling of job security.

The diversity up todate technology

General respect to each other. Very kind collaboration, lack of conflicts and pressure

Great work life balance, people are nice on the surface

It is a very laid back environment. It feels more like a family than a team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Rules and guidelines never change or are updates, regardless how antiquated or slow they make the process
