We keep meetings short and to the point. Complete autonomy as long as "we leave no dead bodies behind" and the opportunity to be totally creative in the way we approach problems. My team is amazing.
It's the first time in my life where I can be myself at work and play the political game or rub elbows with executives for the sole purpose of advancement. It's a very "flat" hierarchy and I love the "come just as yourself" attitude.
Although I'm overall satisfied, I do feel we as a company can do better in terms of child care and retirement benefits. Compared to some prior companies I've worked for, I think we can do better. I attribute this more to the Activision side and not really the Blizzard side (since they own us).
Our leadership team is top notch. Not only are they very serious about making sure all our staff carry forward our core values and company vision. It's something I totally believe in and am very blessed to be a part of. They are transparent with us and we have complete trust in their leadership.
