Profit sharing is great, I personally don't qualify for stock related options but the fact that my contributions are still factored what I take home is pretty cool.

We share similar interests, in many organization you might find something in common with a few co-workers... at Blizzard you have something in common with EVERYONE... games, movies, comics, other geeky things. It makes for a pretty fun place to work.

Lots of smart people who are passionate and positive about coming up with the best solution. Even if we do disagree (which we do often!), I know it at least comes from a place of trying to make us collectively better.

They make time for me every week even though we don't work in the same building or even the same state. I get a ton of autonomy and am empowered to make decisions and supported or coached with dignity if I make a mistake. I really couldn't ask for more.
