BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. BlueRock was founded in 2016 as a joint venture of Versant Ventures and Leaps by Bayer. First year scientific failure, also we had a toxic working environment. Second year started good and bond colleagues together in their dislike of the PD manager. We managed to do some scientific work but were not included in devising it. Third year we did cell production mostly. Waste of talent

We like to hang out as friends after work.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
They are friendly and approachable, but I miss to see their action when it matters. Just like when half of the PD team left and nobody of the "C" level addressed of did something. Too little to late...
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
I like the people I work with. I have not done any interesting scientific work in the past year, but I do like people I work with. They are the best and supportive colleagues I had so far.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
I cannot answer this question, because PD heart failure has lost all his member over this year. When all managers leave and the last one is not around or far away, it becomes clear that nobody cares. I admire the teams where they care about their collages.

I worked last year very hard at BlueRock. I don't get a bonus because the policy stated you need to be an active employer in March to be eligible. I Well I asked ppl who were on maternity leave and are not active employees, but they received their bonuses.
