While a persons education and experience are important, much of the hiring decision is about their attitude, and desire to learn along with whether the person will fit in with our culture. The rest can be taught.

The leadership team at Boostability is concerned about making sure all of our customers are being provided with the best service within their spend level. Gavin is good at recognizing and acknowledging most all of his employees. I know he has a lot on his mind, but he seems to always be smiling.
