What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel like I'm paid fairly for my role and my responsibilities. Our benefits package is robust and the HSA match is a game-changer and definitely an integral part of the compensation package.

Good growth and bonus opportunities

HSA Match, and good prices on Health insurance. And they are definitely trying to make improvements. For example since i have been here they have increased the 401K match.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low pay, lower than working in fast food. Grunt work was boring. Having higher pay, better benefits and more meaningful work would help.

This is clearly a starter job and not a career for people in my field

I feel undervalued because the minimum wage has not gone up to account for inflation. I would feel better compensated if we could opt out of boost merch and get more pay raises instead.

I'm hardly paid enough to make ends meet. Especially since bonuses have been cancelled this year due to the pandemic.

Not beeing able to go fulltime and no increase in pay after extended time at Boost and increased responsibiliy

For y position I am under paid. I feel boost is making efforts to fix our benefits like switching insurance providers (HUGE WIN, THANK YOU for switching to UHC!!) I wish boost would do tuition reimbursements especially if I am going to school to better my current position.

I know that I am paid about half of what my job is worth at any other company, based on Labor statistics and friends' wages.

Compared to the industry average in Utah, I am underpaid for my position. I am making less in this position than I was in a temp job .
