Good growth and bonus opportunities
HSA Match, and good prices on Health insurance. And they are definitely trying to make improvements. For example since i have been here they have increased the 401K match.
Low pay, lower than working in fast food. Grunt work was boring. Having higher pay, better benefits and more meaningful work would help.
This is clearly a starter job and not a career for people in my field
I feel undervalued because the minimum wage has not gone up to account for inflation. I would feel better compensated if we could opt out of boost merch and get more pay raises instead.

For y position I am under paid. I feel boost is making efforts to fix our benefits like switching insurance providers (HUGE WIN, THANK YOU for switching to UHC!!) I wish boost would do tuition reimbursements especially if I am going to school to better my current position.
