The team doesn't waste other team members' time with things that do not drive the business. They know what's 'nice-to-have' and what are essential to the company's growth.

The leadership team does what they say. And they say, often, what they're going to do with the entire org. A lot of seasoned veterans that have seen it all and aren't here to play games. Very focused and what they believe in.

The best part of the comp packages are that they're competitive to big company salaries from the get-go and that there's tons of incentives to do even better. Adam (CEO) has awarded the team financially, every time the company has reached a major financial milestone.
